Hotel Megalos

All in all, I had a thoroughly pleasant stay at Megalos Hotel. However, I do feel it needs some modernising. The layout of the building is a bit pear-shaped: guests need to climb a huge flight of stairs to reach the front desk. The walls appeared to be on the thin side, as I could hear the couple next door having sex. Oh, well, all’s well that ends well. P.S. I would urge everyone not to miss Constanta’s main attractions: the vibrant Mamaia Beach and the once-famous, now-defunct Casino.

Everything perfectly functional, including the massage chair! Very comfortable bed, quiet, sound system with music dvd plugged in, hot water and heating, big and fluffy carpet everywhere. A great apartment for spending a peaceful and relaxing time! Thank you! Also pretty well positioned being in walking distance to beach and city center.

I liked the suite as it was spacious, nice furniture and a massage chair. The location was good, 7 minutes walk to the sea. Various and plenty consumables. Room was clean.

The hotel makes efforts to improve the services. Staff was nice and offered the possibility to open the door from the ground floor if needed. Very clean and the bed sheets were almost new. Comfortable mattresses. They provide with 2 access cards if necessary.

The hotel is pretty close to the seaside and there is even a bus which can take you from downtown to the hotel. A couple of neighborhood markets nearby and a restaurant right next to the hotel. The employees at the receptions were very nice and polite.
